18, 19, Saturday and Sunday – 11thAnnual Hudson-Concord Elks Balloon and Blues Festival 2018, 5:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Saturday and 5:30-7:30 a.m., Sunday - This year marks the Eleventh Anniversary of the Hudson Balloon Festival and we want you to come and celebrate with us! Three bands, food trucks, vendors and of course the balloons will make this year a can't- miss event.
