Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These are about as basic as you can get. Just 5 ingredients and a chocolate kiss to top it off. Nothing could be easier, and they taste delicious. Perfect when looking for a quick treat.

2 cups peanut butter (I use Jiff extra crunchy)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
Hershey's chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine peanut butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool slightly then lightly press kiss on top. Cool completely.

Makes approx. 2 doz.
